Rishabh Pant, the wicketkeeper for India, was neither speeding or under the influence when he was involved in a collision in Haridwar early on Friday, according to the Uttarakhand Police on Saturday. CCTV footage from the event shows the cricketer’s car striking the road divider close to his hometown of Roorkee, apparently at a high rate of speed.
