After receiving the green light from the National Cricket Academy, Team India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is set to begin the Test series against Australia on February 9 in Nagpur (NCA). According to reports, the NCA issued a fitness report that cleared his participation in the crucial Border Gavaskar Trophy, allowing him to join the Indian red-ball contingent.
The veteran all-rounder had surgery on his right knee in September 2022 and has since been sidelined. Jadeja will miss the Asia Cup 2022, as well as the T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia and bilateral series against Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and New Zealand.
