Nitish Rana and Rinku Singh lead Kolkata to a six-wicket victory over Chennai

On Sunday (May 14), Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) defeated Chennai Super Kings (CSK) by six wickets in match 61 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. While CSK won the toss and chose to bat first, they only achieved 144/6 in 20 overs on a difficult surface. Even though Deepak Chahar took three early wickets, half-centuries from Nitish Rana and Rinku Singh ensured KKR maintained control of the chase, and even though Rinku left before the finish line, the Kolkata skipper returned only after the match was completed.
