According to former England assistant coach Paul Farbrace, the fast bowler is recuperating nicely from his injury.
With only 70 days till the World Cup, defending champions England have got a tremendous boost that is sure to make their fans happy. Fast bowler Jofra Archer is making good progress in his recovery from injury and is expected to be selected for the World Cup, according to former England assistant coach Paul Farbrace, who is currently the head coach at Sussex.
In 2019, Archer helped England win their first 50-over World Cup at home, but since then, he has struggled with back issues. Despite earlier this year’s recovery, the injury returned, and he was not selected for England’s team for the ongoing Ashes series, which they are down 2-1.
Archer took 20 wickets and was one of the leading performers with the ball in his debut World Cup.
