An impressive lineup of international sports leaders is expected for the summit, where they will discuss the intersection of sports, business, technology, and social impact.

On November 29 and 30, in Bengaluru, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and its innovation division, RCBC Innovation Lab, will host the inaugural Leaders Meet in India. A stellar lineup of international sports leaders is expected to attend the first-of-its-kind summit, where they will all discuss the intersection of sports, business, technology, and social impact. They will discuss important issues and offer their perspectives on a variety of subjects that are not only influencing the sports sector but also have the potential to propel the growth of the sports market in India.

Chief commercial officer of the English Premier League Will Brass, chief communications officer of Manchester United Ellie Norman, and director of strategy, corporate development & digital at FIFA Charlotte Burr will be among the notable sports figures in attendance at this historic event. BCCI secretary Jay Shah will also be there to witness thought-provoking conversations.

Among the many distinguished dignitaries attending the summit are the legendary Indian badminton player Pullela Gopichand, the former captain of New Zealand and current head coach of England’s Test team, Olympic gold medallist and world champion javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra, Italian football legend and 2006 World Cup winner Alessandro Del Piero, G20 Sherpa – India & Ex – CEO of Niti Aayog, and Government of India Amitabh Kant.

“Growth requires a catalyst; we want to create the perfect conditions for sport and business to thrive – sowing seeds of change through new connections, relationships, opportunities, ideas, and perspectives,” said Rajesh V. Menon, vice president and head of Royal Challengers Bangalore, in response to the event. Our goal is to expedite the process by assembling the top talent in the sports sector, both on and off the pitch, to create ideal conditions.

“We are about to embark on an exciting new chapter in the world of sports,” stated Laura McQueen, managing director of Leaders in Sport. Leaders Meet is more than simply an event; it’s a gathering place for some of the most powerful leaders on the planet, providing a platform to help the sports sector in India and Southeast Asia enter a new chapter.
