As the whole country of India rejoiced at Shami’s accomplishment, Hasan Raza, a former player, made some strange claims against the Indian squad, saying they were “cheating.” Raza proposed that the Indian and Shami bowlers received different balls than the opposition side. A player who performs on time, in my opinion, is the greatest,” he continued.
“They unintentionally stirred up uproar. They said that we will be receiving several kinds of balls. In one of his performances, Wasim (Akram) bhai went so far as to reveal the entire ball choosing procedure. If someone who hasn’t played the game brings up something like this, I get it. You shouldn’t make such claims because you are an ex-player and you have played cricket,” he said.
