Three standby players and a touring party of fifteen were chosen by the youth cricket selection committee. Meanwhile, four more reserve players have been picked by the selection committee.
The India Under-19 team, which will compete in the UAE in 2023 for the U-19 Asia Cup, will be captained by Uday Saharan.
Three traveling standby players and a 15-person touring party were chosen by the junior cricket selection committee. Four additional reserve players have also been named by the selection committee.
The reserve players, however, will not travel with the team.
India’s first match against Afghanistan will take place on December 8 at the Asia Cup, and the final match will take place on December 17. India’s next matches are against Pakistan on December 10 and Nepal on December 12.
