They simply don’t have enough time to settle into their roles and we don’t have enough time to settle into the game plan we’re having trouble with,” CSK coach Fleming continued.
Despite having won five of their ten games, CSK is ranked fourth in the IPL 2024 points standings. However, without the help of some of their top players, their last four game streak could be difficult.
The team is severely harmed by the absence of a few key players, even captain Ruturaj Gaikwad acknowledged.”The player missing because of injury and Chahal walking off the field in the first over is a serious issue. There are times when you need wickets badly but there are only two bowlers available because the dew eliminated the spinners from the game.
