India advanced to their ninth Women’s Asia Cup final on Friday after crushing Bangladesh by 10 wickets at the Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium in Dambulla.

Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma led the chase with a skillfully constructed half-century as they cantered to the goal in 11 overs.Having won the toss and chosen to bat first against Harmanpreet Kaur’s side, Bangladesh’s skipper Sultana fought valiantly as regular wickets handicapped her side.
