Many hopes were realized with the announcement of India’s Junior Asian Basketball Championship team.
As India’s lineup for the 2018 Junior Asian Basketball Championship was announced, numerous dreams came true. The competition is scheduled to take place in Jordan from September 2 to 9. This junior basketball competition will feature 12 boys representing India. Among those 12 lads, one name drew everyone’s attention: Rohan Sejwal, who came from a modest household in Bhopal. Rohan’s basketball journey has not been easy, as he has experienced various challenges.
Rohan’s father, Sunil Sejwal, is an auto driver, and the family lives in Pradhan Mantri Awas near Pampapur, MANIT. Rohan began playing at the age of ten and was picked for the NBA Junior in 2020.
Rohan has also competed in national championships and Khelo India sporting events from Madhya Pradesh in the Under 14 and Under 17 age groups.
