Prominent pace bowler Jasprit Bumrah, who is based in India, has been named the 2024–25 season’s brand ambassador for California-grown American pistachios by the American Pistachios Growers (APG) office.
The American Pistachios Growers (APG) India office has announced Jasprit Bumrah, one of the world’s best speed bowlers, as the brand ambassador for California-grown American pistachios for the 2024-25 season. “Jasprit Bumrah’s unwavering commitment to excellence, both on and off the field, makes him the ideal ambassador for American Pistachios Growers (APG),” stated Garth Thorburn, Minister Counselor for Agriculture at the US Embassy in India.
“It gives us great pleasure to have him promote the health benefits of pistachios. Many pistachio growers in the United States, especially in California, are of Indian descent. This collaboration fosters a common vision of health and wellness for all people worldwide in addition to fortifying the ties that bind our two countries. Greetings from the family, Jasprit.”
Speaking at the event was Dr. Siddhant Bhargava, MBBS, a famous nutritionist, diet specialist, and health entrepreneur. “American pistachios are a great ally for athletes.
