Shruti Kotwal will focus on the upcoming Khelo India Winter Games 2025 in Ladakh while training in the United States for the Asian Winter Games in February in China. Last year, India’s first professional female speed skater competed in KIWG and delivered some outstanding results in her debut. The 33-year-old from Pune will lead India’s campaign in the Asian Winter Games in Harbin, China, from February 7 to 14. The sports ministry has cleared a roster of 41 athletes for the AWG.This includes speed skaters and their support workers. Shruti will be competing in the AWG for the second time, having previously competed in Japan in 2017.
