Travis Head scored a strong 57 off 40 balls on the first day of the first Test match against Sri Lanka in Galle.
Head made a big impression as Usman Khawaja’s opening man for the Australians.
He carried his experience as an opening batsman for Australia and looked well-groomed.
In addition to Khawaja, the southpaw scored 92 runs. In the fifteenth over, Head was removed by Prabath Jayasuriya.
