KKL Rahul’s half-century helped the Delhi Capitals (DC) defeat his old team, the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), by eight wickets in their IPL 2025 match at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow. Important batsmanship was also displayed by Axar Patel (34*) and Abishek Porel (51). Despite having a tough day, Rishabh Pant faced criticism for starting at number seven while LSG only managed 159. Aiden Markram was the only player to defend LSG, taking two wickets and smashing a fifty.
