Jasprit Bumrah and Harshal Patel, a right-arm pace pair who missed the 2022 Asia Cup in the UAE owing to injury, are all set to play for India in the T20 World Cup in October-November.
According to a report, both pacers passed their fitness test, which is essential to their effort to rejoin the national team.
“Due to separate ailments, Bumrah and Harshal did not participate in India’s unsuccessful Asia Cup campaign. Harshal was sidelined with a strain, and Bumrah had been sidelined since July.
It’s been heard that the two have just returned to full fitness and bowled normally at Bengaluru’s National Cricket Academy. According to the report, the two are thought to have completed their rehabilitation.
