Rohit Sharma was one of three players confirmed to miss the third ODI against Bangladesh by head coach Rahul Dravid.
Dravid stated that Rohit would miss the third ODI and travel to Mumbai to consult with a specialist. Fast bowler Kuldeep Sen complained of back stiffness after the first ODI. The BCCI Medical Team evaluated him and advised him to sit out the second ODI.
Kuldeep Sen has a stress injury and will miss the rest of the series. Deepak Chahar, another fast bowler, suffered a left hamstring strain during the second ODI and is also out of the series. Kuldeep and Deepak will now both report to the NCA for further treatment of their injuries.
