On November 24, Rohit Sharma is scheduled to arrive in Perth with the Indian cricket team.

It has been reported by news source that Rohit Sharma would be joining the Indian cricket team in Perth on November 24. On Day 3 of the opening Test match at the Opus Stadium in Perth, the captain of India is scheduled to arrive in Australia by plane. The birth of his second kid caused Rohit to miss the first Test match, but he is anticipated to play the second Test in Adelaide beginning on December 6. In the first Test, fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah will be captaining the team in Rohit’s place.

Bumrah has said that the Indian side will play Australia in Perth with complete confidence and won’t be affected by their home series defeat to New Zealand last month.

India’s recent setbacks in the New Zealand series complicate matters as they get ready to play Australia. The squad lost by 25 runs at the Wankhede Stadium, capping a 3-0 clean sweep at the hands of the Kiwis. It was India’s first clean sweep loss in a three-match or longer series and their first in a home Test series since 2000.With four victories to guarantee their third consecutive berth in the WTC Final, India has a clear goal going into the five-match series. “You start from zero when you win, and you start from zero when you lose. We are traveling from India with no luggage. Indeed, we have learned from the New Zealand series, but the circumstances were different, and our outcomes have been different here,” Bumrah stated during a press conference prior to the game.

In addition, Bumrah, who will captain the team in Rohit Sharma’s absence, stated, “We have decided on our playing XI, and you will know tomorrow morning before the game begins. The Indian pace spearhead also expressed confidence in team’s preparations, pointing to their historically competitive performances in Australia. The Perth pitch, known for its bounce and pace, is expected to favour the bowlers, adding an intriguing layer to the opening contest of the series.
