Pakistan’s triumph in the second Test was largely attributed to the three players that were added to the squad.
Muhammad Hafeez, a former cricket player for Pakistan, has responded to his detractors after his country defeated England by a commanding 152 runs in the second Test at Multan. After Babar Azam, Shaheen Afridi, and Naseem Shah were left off of the Test squad before the second Test, Pakistan was under intense scrutiny. All three of their substitutes, though, excelled. In his first Test match, Babar’s substitute, Kamran Ghulam, scored a century, while the spinners Sajid Khan and Noman Ali shared the 20 England wickets.
