After India’s win Jemimah Rodrigues ‘wants more’ from ‘big sister’ Smriti Mandhana.

After India beat England by 347 runs in the Women’s Test in Navi Mumbai, Jemimah Rodrigues shared a heartfelt note on her Instagram handle.

After India secured a historic win over England in the only women’s test by 347 runs at the Dr. DY Patil Sports Academy in Mumbai, Jemimah Rodrigues was over the moon.
The youngster called the victory a ‘special one’ and praised her team members for giving it their all in the match. She also thanked Smriti Mandhana for handing her debut Test cap. Jemimah shares a healthy relationship with Smriti and calls her ‘big sister’.
She wrote, “If this is what playing test cricket feels like, then I want more! The contribution of each and every member is what made this win so special. And what makes it even more special is me getting my debut cap from my big sister. PS: I put a lot of pressure on @smriti_mandhana the day before to deliver a good speech, and I, after receiving my cap, realized she’s really good under pressure.”
Jemimah played an important role after India recorded the biggest victory in the women’s tests by a margin of runs.
