A veteran Pakistani hitter has ensured that his record in Once Over A is better than that of Virat Kohli.

Virat Kohli is apparently the best player of his time. After a lean patch with the bat, Kohli has recovered his charmed touch lately and gotten back to his best. Kohli, who didn’t score a ton for nearly three years, completed his century dry season last year in the Asia Cup against Afghanistan, which was his initial hundred in T20Is. From there on out, the 35-year-old hasn’t recollected, pounding three centuries in his last seven ODI trips. He is just three ODI tons away from equalling past India hitter Sachin Tendulkar’s (49) record of scoring the most number of tons in the game plan. As of now, a veteran Pakistani hitter has ensured that his record in Test cricket is better than that of Kohli.

During another coordinated effort, Khurram Manzoor, who has tended to Pakistan in 16 Tests, seven ODIs, and three T20Is, got some data about a case he had made over his Once-over-A numbers being better than Kohli.

Manzoor, who last played for Pakistan in 2016, made sense of the fact that his assumption was not to differentiate himself from the past India captain but to highlight his achievements in local cricket.
I’m not differentiating myself from Virat Kohli. In 50-over cricket, truly, whoever is in the best 10, I’m the world no. 1. I score a century every 5.68 innings, which is a world record. “All through the late years, my typical age has been 53, and I’m situated fifth in the world, considering everything,” Manzoor said on Nadir Ali’s Webcast.

The 36-year-old communicated that despite scoring runs in local cricket for a solid reason, he has been neglected by the public selectors.

Among 2015 and as of now, whoever has opened for Pakistan, I really remain the most fundamental scorer among them. I’m also the top scorer and century getter in open T20. Anyway, I get dismissed. “I have 8–9 records (in Overview A cricket),” he added.

Unmistakably, Manzoor last played for Pakistan during the Asia Cup in 2016. From there on out, he has been stepping up his capacities in Pakistan’s Quaid-e-Azam Prize and Public Cup. Manzoor, who plays local cricket for Sindh, has scored more than 12,000 runs in best-of-class matches and very nearly 8,000 runs in Overview A cricket.
