Following Lord Ram’s 500-year return to Ayodhya, some international cricket players shared their views on social media.

Some cricket players shared their thoughts about the Ram Temple’s consecration on social media after the “Ram Temple” Pran Pratistha ceremony in Ayodhya. Pakistani cricketer Danish Kaneria was one among those players who shared his thoughts following the Pran Pratishtha event. The former spinner, who is only Anil Dalpat’s second Hindu international cricket representative, was overjoyed to see Lord Ram return to Ayodhya. Posting on social media, he said, “The ‘Pran Pratishtha’ is completed, the pledge is fulfilled, and the wait of centuries is over.”

Another international cricketer who sent greetings during the Pran Pratishtha event in Ayodhya was Australia’s opening batsman David Warner, who recently announced his retirement from Test cricket.

Warner is well renowned for his appreciation of Indian culture. He frequently appears spouting language from popular films and dancing to popular Indian film music when out on the town and interacting with fans. He has also mentioned how much he enjoys Indian action films.

Keshav Maharaj, a spinner from South Africa and a Hindu family, was likewise ecstatic about this occasion. Maharaj wrote, “Jai Shree Raam,” on X.

Army helicopters were observed releasing petals onto the shrine during the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony.
Along with showering flowers on the laborers, PM Modi also addressed the construction crew that fashioned the magnificent Ram Temple.
In the grounds of the Ram Temple, he was also observed throwing flowers on the statue of Jatayu and praying to Lord Shiva at Ayodhya Dham.
PM Modi remarked that the unveiling of the Ram Lalla idol is a moment of humility as well as success following a protracted fight, while speaking to the dignitaries invited to the Pran Pratishtha ceremony.

This is a time to commemorate not only our shared happiness but also the maturation of Indian society. This is a moment that is equal parts humility and victory. There are several examples around the world of nations that struggled mightily to right historical wrongs and injustices. Nevertheless, we have hope that our future will be more beautiful and rewarding than our past because of the manner we have untied the knots and handled all outstanding concerns, PM Modi stated.

According to the PM, the temple’s construction—which some had feared would spark a firestorm—now serves as a symbol of harmony, serenity, patience, and integration.

“At one point, there was a saying that said, ‘Ram Mandir bana toh aag lag jaegi,’ meaning that building a Ram temple would cause a riot. Such folks have no concept of the spirit that unites us all, the purity of our civilization. This magnificent residence of Shri Ram Lalla will now serve as a representation of societal cohesion, peace, tolerance, and harmony. He said, “This temple’s building did not start a fire; instead, it emanated a wonderful energy that has spread to all of us.

He went on to say that the Ayodhya temple is further evidence of the country’s growing awareness of Lord Ram and his significance in day-to-day life.

Prime Minister Modi presided over hour-long ceremonies during the spectacular “Pran Pratishtha,” which included the unveiling of the Ram Lalla idol.
