Arpit Guleria has been selected by the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) to replace the injured Mayank Yadav for the remainder of the IPL 2023.
Guleria began his cricket career with Himachal Pradesh and presently plays for Services after joining LSG for INR 20 lakh. He has taken 44 and 11 wickets in his 15 first-class games and 12 List A games, respectively.
With six points from four games, the Lucknow Super Giants are second in the 10-team IPL points standings. At the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow on April 15, LSG will take on the sixth-placed Punjab Kings. The game is set to start at 7:30 PM IST.
If LSG, led by KL Rahul, defeats Punjab Kings, they may go atop the standings.
