India Cricket Overhaul: BCCI Review Meeting With the conclusion of the formal review meeting in Mumbai, the BCCI has made some positive improvements. Personnel changes, however, were not mentioned. However, because both Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya will be rotated throughout 2023, Hardik’s T20 captaincy will be permanent. Coach Rahul Dravid, on the other hand, has survived. He will remain as T20 coach, and the BCCI will not hunt for a replacement right away. Instead, for T20s, VVS Laxman and Dravid will share coaching duties. Dravid will concentrate on ODIs and Tests.
“Rohit is the captain of the ODI team and he will be rotated throughout the year for workload management. Hardik is in the same boat. Rahul will continue to coach. We do not believe that now is the appropriate moment to make a coaching change. We still have time for the T20 World Cup. We can make a call later if necessary.”
