In the second Twenty20 international of their series in Dunedin, the Pakistani women’s cricket team ended a five-year drought by defeating New Zealand by a historic 10-run margin. This is the first-ever T20I series win for Pakistan’s women against the White Ferns and their first series win away from home since October 2018. With strong efforts from Muneeba Ali, Aliya Riaz, and Bismah Maroof, the rejuvenated Pakistani team amassed a competitive score of 137/6 in their allocated 20 overs.
