The concept of hosting a Test match between India and Pakistan in the near future has been rejected by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Recently, the state of Victoria proposed to host the traditional Melbourne Cricket Ground as the site of a red-ball series between the two bitter rivals.
