Tom Moody, a former Australian cricketer, has been replaced as Sunrisers Hyderabad’s head coach for the 2023 IPL season by the famous Brian Lara, the team announced on Saturday.
The 53-year old’s first job as a T20 team’s head coach will be this one.
In December of last year, the former captain of the West Indies joined SRH as a strategic advisor and batting coach.
The IPL club announced on its official Twitter account that “the cricketing legend Brian Lara will be our head coach for the forthcoming IPL seasons.”
