On social media, Deepak Chahar and Shivam Dube had a humorous conversation about their respective teams, the Chennai Super Kings.
Shivam Dube, an Indian all-rounder, named his all-time Chennai Super Kings XI, with most of the important players making the cut. He started with Matthew Hayden and Michael Hussey, followed by Suresh Raina and Ambati Rayudu. It was no surprise that he selected MS Dhoni as captain, with Ravindra Jadeja, Albie Morkel, and Dwayne Bravo as all-rounder alternatives. In the bowling department, he went with Harbhajan Singh and Lakshmipathy Balaji, with himself as the team’s fourth all-rounder option. However, one name was missing from the list: pacer Deepak Chahar, and the long-time CSK cricketer was quick to respond to the omission on Instagram.
“@dubeshivam next year as bowler khelega hum kaha jaege? (Next year you will play as a bowler so where do I fit in?),” Chahar wrote in the comment section of the video featuring Dube.
