Christina Matthews, a former vice captain and wicketkeeper for Australia, has been inducted into the Australian Cricket Hall of Fame.
She received the esteemed award shortly before the Melbourne Cricket Ground’s (MCG) women’s Ashes Test began.
As a player and administrator, Matthews is renowned for her enormous contributions to the game.
