The World Cup-winning keeper-batsman Robin Uthappa will lead India in the Hong Kong Cricket Sixes competition next month, the organisers said on Saturday.
India will also be represented by batsman Bharat Chapli and wicketkeeper Shreevats Goswami, who won the title in 2005.
The six-a-side international cricket competition will take held at Mission Road Ground in Mong Kok from November 1 to 3.The Hong Kong Cricket Sixes have returned after a seven-year break. The 2024 tournament will have 12 nations, including Australia, Pakistan, England, and New Zealand.
South Africa is the reigning champions.
The competition, noted for its fast-paced, exciting structure, attracted many well-known cricketers from throughout the world, including Sachin Tendulkar.

India will kick off their campaign against Pakistan on November 1, followed by a match against the UAE the next day.
