The India vs. Pakistan game has been moved to October 14 as part of the updated schedule for the ICC ODI World Cup 2023, which was released by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
The match was originally scheduled to take place on October 15, but the ICC has shifted it forward a day to avoid conflicting with the Dussehra celebration. The game will now take place at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium, the same location as the tournament’s opening encounter between England and New Zealand.

Fans’ reactions to the new schedule have been conflicting. As it will prevent a conflict with Dussehra, several supporters have praised the change. Others have voiced their dismay because they were excited to see the India vs. Pakistan game on a weekend.
The altered schedule’s success will only become apparent with time. Nevertheless, no matter when it takes place, the India vs. Pakistan game will undoubtedly sell out. The toss for each match will be done at 1:30 PM IST, and the game will start at 2:00 PM IST, according to the ICC.
