India advanced to the semi-finals after defeating UAE by ten wickets in their final group encounter in Sharjah. Chasing 137, Vaibhav Suryavanshi (76) and Ayush Mhatre (67) contributed an unbroken 143 to help India cross the line in just 16.1 overs. Earlier, UAE were bowled out for 137 with six overs to spare after choosing to bat first. Muhammad Rayan led the way with 35 points, while Akshat Rai added 26. Yudajit Guha led the way for India with three, while Chetan Sharma and Hardik Raj each had two. Both India and the UAE need a win to advance to the tournament’s semi-finals.
