Since the Indian cricket teams for the South Africa tour have been announced, the BCCI has made several significant decisions.
The Indian cricket team’s December 10–12 visit to South Africa has now seen the announcement of the squads by BCCI. Being left off the roster for the T20Is and ODIs is because Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli asked the Board to take a vacation from the white-ball portion of the tour. Rohit Sharma is the man who will lead the Test team. Playing in the Test series will also be Virat Kohli. KL Rahul is set to head the ODI team, while Suryakumar Yadav will captain the T20I franchise. After a two-match Test series, the Indian cricket team will play three Twenty20 Internationals and three One-Day Internationals in South Africa the following month.
