Reeza Hendricks and Tony de Zorzi put on a 130-run partnership for the first wicket. Hendricks scored 52 runs off 81 balls and was the first man out in the 28th over. Zorzi was undefeated on 119 runs off 122 deliveries as South Africa won by eight wickets in 42.3 overs. Zorzi was named Player of the Match.
