On Tuesday, BCCI announced the sites for the Men in Blue’s home season 2023-24.
The BCCI disclosed the sites for the Men in Blue’s home season 2023-24 on Tuesday, after Rohit Sharma and Co. kicked off India’s multi-format tour against the West Indies in the Caribbean with a 1-0 series win. In the action-packed season, the Rahul Dravid-coached side will play a total of 16 International matches, including 5 Tests, 3 ODIs, and 8 T20Is.
In accordance with a media advisory released by the BCCI, Team India’s home campaign will begin when they host Australia for a three-match ODI series. Australia is a five-time champion of the world. The ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup will be preceded by the three-match ODI series. In October and November, India, a two-time champion, will host the 50-over World Cup. Mohali, Indore, and Rajkot will be the locations for the ODI series. Following the 50-over World Cup, Team India will face Australia in a five-match T20I series that will start on November 23 in Vizag. On December 3rd in Hyderabad, the series will come to a finale.
