After being hospitalized to the intensive care unit on Tuesday, Indian cricket player Mayank Agarwal used social media to provide an update on his health.

Indian cricket player Mayank Agarwal almost avoided a catastrophic incident on Tuesday when he ingested a deadly substance on an Agartala to Delhi flight, mistaking it for water. Agarwal was treated in the ICU by medical professionals after he was admitted right away to a hospital in Agartala. Agarwal even lodged a police complaint (FIR) since he suspected that there might have been a conspiracy involved in all of this; nevertheless, the case is still being investigated. The cricket player updated his fans on social media on Wednesday regarding his health.

“Now that I am feeling better. preparing to return. I appreciate everyone’s love, prayers, and support,” Mayank wrote in her message.

According to the manager of the Karnataka Ranji team, Mayank is “out of danger” and would be transported to Bengaluru on Wednesday. Mayank felt queasy and puked, so on Tuesday he was admitted to the hospital. He drank something from a container that he thought held drinking water while on a flight.

The police are recording the Karnataka captain’s statement, Ramesh, the manager of the Ranji team of the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KCA), said news sources.
“Mayank Agarwal is out of danger now and his statement is being recorded by the police…we don’t know in detail on this matter, we are taking him to Bengaluru today,” Ramesh stated.

Basudeb Chakraborty, the working secretary of the Tripura Cricket Association (TCA), had previously stated that Mayank drank from a bottle during the journey, which caused him to feel ill.

“We sent TCA staff to the hospital and they conveyed that there was a bottle, Mayank drank it assuming that it was water and after drinking it he felt acidic and it gave a burning sensation,” Basudeb disclosed to news sources.

A medical issue forced the airplane to Delhi to return to Agartala.

The Karnataka team management has also asked the Tripura police to look into the incident on Agarwal’s behalf, according to news sources

K Kiran Kumar, the Superintendent of Police (Tripura West), has received a written complaint, and the New Capital Complex Police Station in Agartala is now in charge of the case.
