In Ahmedabad, the Indian physical disability squad defeated England 3-1 in a T20 International series. On February 6, the hosts will play the 5th Twenty20 International match.

In an exciting match at Ahmedabad on Saturday, the Indian Physical Disability Cricket Team proved their mettle by winning a 3-1 series against England. Because of his outstanding all-around performance, Ravindra Sante was named Man of the Match. Sante was instrumental in ensuring India’s victory with the bat, the ball, and the field.

India is looking to continue its dominance in the fifth and final match of the series, which is set for February 6 at the Narendra Modi Stadium, the largest cricket arena in the world. The series is currently 3-1. India’s success throughout the series has been greatly attributed to Sante’s steady contributions. After losing two early wickets for just 21 runs in the first four overs, India rallied thanks to a vital partnership of 50 runs between captain Vikrant Keni and Lokesh Marghade at the third wicket. Along with Keni’s 28 and Marghade’s 21 runs, Sante’s undefeated 30 helped lead India to a total of 150 runs in 20 overs at a five-wicket loss.

With three balls remaining, England managed to approach the difficult aim of 131, but they struggled to make it. Major obstacles were put in the way for the visitors by Sante’s early removal of opener Alex (run out) and his next two wickets. Three-wicket hauls from Sunny and Akhil Reddy, combined with a crucial contribution from Keni, meant that England could not reach the objective. With 58 runs in 44 balls, Liam O’Brien was England’s highest scorer, but many of the other batsmen struggled to break ten. Anthony led the last man remaining with 25 runs, while Ben Sutton scored 11 runs.

The Indian team’s tenacity and teamwork are evident in the series win, which sets up a thrilling fifth game as they look to end the series well.

With backing from the BCCI, the Differently-Abled Cricket Committee of India is in charge of organizing the series. The Gujarat Cricket Association has provided invaluable help to the DCCI in organizing
