On his birthday, he sought Sai Baba’s blessings and uploaded photos of them on social media. Kishan has had a rough year in his cricketing career. Despite his hurdles, Kishan is regarded as one of India’s most promising young cricketers. He holds the record for the fastest ODI double century and has scored numerous noteworthy runs while wearing the India jersey.
Kishan and Shreyas Iyer were both excluded from the BCCI’s yearly contract list. He was chosen for the India squad for the South Africa tour in all three forms. However, the southpaw batter chose to sit out the entire series for personal reasons. Kishan was eventually left out of India’s squad for the Afghanistan series because he had not guaranteed his availability. Despite not being part of the Indian squad, he skipped Ranji Trophy matches.
