In reality, Arshdeep was assigned the 20th over to bowl in both of India’s Super 4 defeats (vs Pakistan and vs Sri Lanka). Arshdeep was required to defend 7 runs in both games.
7 runs is a fairly small number in T20Is. It is quite challenging to stop 7 runs (in one over). Arshdeep would have changed the outcome of the game if the target had been greater than 10 runs.
