The Mumbai Indians have unveiled their inaugural Women’s Premier League jersey. On Saturday, the Mukesh Ambani-owned franchise unveiled its WPL 2023 jersey (February 25). On March 4, the Mumbai Indians will kick off their inaugural WPL season against the Gujarat Giants. On Saturday, the MI squad also gathered for their first-ever practise session. Harmanpreet Kaur will be joining the team soon.
“It’s what superheroes wear – it’s our first WPL jersey, and we love it!” MI shared a video of their jersey while writing.
The Mumbai-based team kept the main colour of the shirt blue, but added a hint of orange to the sides to differentiate it from the men’s team.
