After an extended nine-month injury layoff, Bracewell recently captained the Black Caps in the five-match T20 series against Pakistan. He will be vital to the Kiwis’ balance, particularly on slow tracks in the West Indies. While Trent Boult, the veteran pacer, has been included despite removing his name from the contract list, Kane Williamson will still be the team’s captain.
