There were reports that pop sensation Dua Lipa will be one of the performers at the title match.

There were suggestions that pop artist Dua Lipa would be one of the performers during the Cricket World Cup final in Ahmedabad on Sunday between the Rohit Sharma-led Indian cricket team and five-time champions Australia. However, Dua Lipa’s name is not on the list of performers at the Cricket World Cup final provided by the BCCI on Saturday. India has not won an ICC championship since the 2013 Champions Trophy, and Rohit Sharma’s men have a chance to end the drought in the Cricket World Cup final.Former Indian cricket team head coach Ravi Shastri, who has been carefully following India’s journey, has encouraged the Men in Blue to win the cup while emphasising the importance of sticking with the squad.

“India is going to win the World Cup.” They will begin the World Cup final as the favourites. They don’t need to do anything different; they simply need to keep doing what they’ve been doing in the last two games. I want the team to remain steady and calm under pressure. “Every Indian cricketer is doing well in the tournament, which is a great sign,” Shastri said ahead of the title match against Australia.

According to the BCCI, performers for the final include vocalist Jonita Gandhi, music composer Pritam Chakraborty, and Akasa Singh.

Dua Lipa was asked a few questions by cricketers such as Shubman Gill, KL Rahul, Kane Williamson, and others during an interview with the World Cup 2023 semi-finalists. During the conversation, Gill even asked her what song she would (possibly) perform at the World Cup opening and closing ceremonies. The song ‘Physical’ was her answer.
On Sunday, the Indian Air Force will put on an air show at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
The Gujarat Defence PRO said that the Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team will entertain spectators for ten minutes before the final match, which will be contested at the Narendra Modi Stadium in the Motera district.

The air show will be practised on Saturday, according to a statement from the PRO.

India and Australia advanced to the final after beating New Zealand and South Africa in their respective semi-finals. India easily trounced Australia in the tournament’s league campaign.
