For the ICC Men’s Emerging Cricketer of the Year honour, Arshdeep Singh has been nominated. It’s impressive how fast Arshdeep Singh adapted to the international game, especially considering that he was already a crucial component of India’s bowling attack with the white ball.

The candidates for the Men’s Emerging Cricketer of the Year award were revealed by the International Cricket Council (ICC) on Wednesday. In the running for the prize are Afghanistan’s Ibrahim Zadran, India’s Arshdeep Singh, New Zealand’s Finn Allen, and South Africa’s Marco Jansen.
It’s impressive how fast Arshdeep Singh adapted to the international game, especially considering that he was already a crucial component of India’s bowling attack with the white ball.

The left-arm quick was swiftly embraced by India’s national structure, building on a successful IPL career, and he made the most of the chance as the team sought to bounce back from a disastrous 2021 T20 World Cup. The fast bowler participated in 21 T20 International matches for India, recording 33 wickets at an economy rate of 8.17 and challenging opponents in the Powerplay and Death Over phases.
During India’s recent tour of New Zealand, Arshdeep was also handed an ODI cap, and the 23-year-old player seems destined to advance India’s game.
