Earlier this year, Roger Federer made his tennis retirement official. The 20-time Grand Slam winner competed in his final match earlier this year at the Laver Cup.

Roger Federer, perhaps the greatest tennis player ever, announced his retirement from the game earlier this year. At the Laver Cup earlier this year, the 20-time Grand Slam winner played his final match, a doubles match with longtime friend and foe Rafael Nadal. During a recent visit on a talk programme, Federer told an amusing incident.

During the broadcast, the host asked Federer if it was true that he was denied access into Wimbledon. Notably, Federer won eight championships at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club (ALTEC), the most by any player.
