The 23-year-old boosted his triple tonnes and maintained his overnight unbeaten 240. Shaw’s triple hundred was his first in First-Class cricket.
Batting with skipper Ajinkya Rahane 109, Shaw guided the Mumbai club to a massive first innings total of almost 608/3.Before the Assam game, Shaw had a rough competition, scoring only 160 runs in seven innings for Mumbai.
