Rahul Dravid is likely to replace Kumar Sangakkara with the Rajasthan Royals for the IPL 2025

For the next 2025 Indian Premier League season, the great Sri Lankan player Kumar Sangakkara is expected to be replaced as the new coach of the Rajasthan Royals by former India head coach Rahul Dravid.

This prospective comeback is due to Kumar Sangakkara’s potential move to the ECB as England’s next Head Coach, following Matthew Motts’ departure from his job as England Men’s Head Coach after two years in office.
Although Sangakkara revealed that the ECB has not yet approached him, he is open to the possibility of taking the job. Meanwhile, the ECB is seriously considering Sangakkara to take on the new post.
