Richarlison’s bicycle kick against Serbia was voted the tournament goal in the recently concluded World Cup 2022 in Qatar, FIFA announced on Friday.
Brazil faced Serbia in the group stage, and Richarlison’s brace gave the Brazilians the win. Richarlison’s back was to the goal while attempting the second goal when he used one touch to flick the ball up in the air near the penalty spot, then turned around and leaped off the ground to deliver a spectacular kick into the net. Richarlison put on an acrobatic display.
