Rishabh Pant is leaving no stone unturned in his pursuit for total health, as seen by a recent video he uploaded on social media. Pant, who is now recovering at the National Cricket Academy (NCA), is putting his all into his comeback after a challenging Car accident last year. Pant took to Instagram to share a video of himself successfully climbing a flight of stairs without the use of a support stick.
Pant also shared a tale on Instagram about his stretching regimen at the NCA in Bengaluru, where he required a stick for support.
Pant’s video was accompanied by a touching statement in which he acknowledged the difficulties he experienced even in seemingly simple actions like climbing stairs while praising his own rehabilitation. Pant’s caption, with a hint of self-praise, said, “Not bad yaar Rishabh. Simple things can be challenging at times.”
Pant’s absence was noted acutely following India’s loss to Australia in the WTC final. Pant was a major contributor in India’s earlier appearance in the inaugural WTC final two years ago against New Zealand.
While Pant’s recuperation is going well, returning to the cricket pitch this year would be nothing short of a small miracle. During the forthcoming Cricket World Cup, India will be without him once more.
