Jackson scored 2792 runs in 84 innings at an average of 36.25 to close out his List A career. Along with his 1812 runs from 80 T20s, the wicket-keeper batsman also played nine IPL games for the Kolkata Knight Riders.

Sheldon Jackson, a seasoned batsman and wicketkeeper from Saurashtra, has declared his retirement from white-ball cricket. Jackson played a key part in Saurashtra’s victorious victory in the Vijay Hazare Trophy in the 2022–2023 season, scoring 2792 runs with nine hundreds and fourteen fifties in 86 List A matches.

He amassed 1812 runs in 84 T20 matches, including one hundred and eleven fifties.Jaydev Shah, the president of the Saurashtra Cricket Association, stated in a statement: “He has been a vital member of Saurashtra due to his commitment, diligence, and outstanding performances throughout the years. The spirit of cricket has been exemplified by his dedication and enthusiasm for the game in all its forms. Even though he said goodbye to the white-ball formats, his efforts will live on and continue to motivate a great number of aspiring cricket players.

But Jackson will still be eligible for red-ball cricket.
