In their IPL 2025 match, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) defeated the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in a thrilling final over thanks to a brilliant 26 off only 11 balls from MS Dhoni. Dhoni’s knock and Shivam Dube’s 43 when he walked into bat with 56 needed off 30 balls made sure that CSK ended a five-run losing streak and won their second IPL 2025 match. With a top score of 63 while batting first, LSG captain Rishabh Pant led his team to 166/7 in 20 overs. IPL rookie Shaik Rasheed gave CSK a strong start in their run chase, but they faltered in the middle overs.
