On Sunday, seasoned English paceman Stuart Broad surpassed Australian legend Glenn McGrath to take over as the second-most successful pacer in Test cricket history.
During the third and last Test his team played against South Africa at The Oval, he reached this milestone.
On the fourth day of the match, Broad claimed his 564th Test wicket when he bowled South Africa’s captain Dean Elgar for 36 in the 22nd over. Ryan Rickelton was then suspended for eight minutes.
